Week 13: Mr. Charles advised me to maintain consistency in my slide designs and emphasized that research objective slides should follow after research questions. Additionally, he mentioned the importance of including captions beneath my pictures. Finally, he suggested labeling research key findings with corresponding research questions.

REFLECTION

Experience
Through my exploration of Emotional Engagement (EE) related to AI Characters in Video Games, I've gained substantial insights and was thrilled to study into a topic I find fascinating. I've observed the vast potential of AI in video games and its profound impact on players' emotions and engagement. The survey findings have unveiled surprising variations in perspectives among different gamers, offering me a deeper understanding of the diverse influences on players. The gameplay observations have also taught me the importance of being observant of emotions and reactions, enhancing my comprehension of player engagement.

Observation
I observed that further gameplay observations should be studied and analyzed. However, due to time constraints and having conducted two different research methods, I couldn't pursue additional gameplay observation. I believe real-life observations could offer a more accurate measurement. I've also observed that AI is indeed a powerful tool that influences and enhances gameplay experiences. I also observed that emotional engagement in video games, particularly concerning AI characters, significantly impacts players' interactions and decisions within the game.  The data highlighted varying perspectives and emotional connections among gamers, showcasing the complexity of player engagement. 

Findings
Through the research, I found that emotional engagement with AI characters in video games significantly impacts players' immersion and decision-making processes. The data revealed a strong correlation between emotional attachment and players' actions within the game, showcasing the influence of these connections on narrative choices and ethical considerations. Furthermore, the survey findings revealed a diverse range of viewpoints, emphasizing the need for a clear understanding of players' preferences and values in gaming experiences. The data suggested that emotional bonds with values drive players' decisions, influencing their narrative choices and ethical considerations within the game. I also found that gameplay observations provided crucial insights into how players respond emotionally to different scenarios, showcasing the depth of emotional bonds formed with in-game characters.
